Today was a good day! Stressed about school and exams but good anyways! Food was good! Water not so much! I have to figure out how to handle that!
- banana smoothie
- pear
- ham sandwich
- apple
- peach juice
- chicken pita
- 3 cups water
- egg and salsa wrap
As for exercise I had my first tap class of the new year! An hour of full dance! I ad fun and was deff hungry when I got home! :P

10th day of new years goal and I feel absolutely amazing! I’ve been SUPER stressed out recently because I have exams starting tomorrow and they will be lasting all month :/ bah this is going to suck. However I did run today and it helped A LOT! It was actually really nice! as for food, it was not too bad! :) 

  • banana/strawberry smoothie 
  • 1 piece bread with peanut butter 
  • flaked ham sandwich 
  • apple 
  • peach juice box
  • greek pita 
  • chicken strips 
  • mixed veggies with 2 tbsp french dressing light. 
  • 4 cups water 

I still need to watch my water intake and get it up to 8 cups but I am trying! for exercise I ran for 30 minutes and did 20 crutches. I feel horrible today with bad cramps, but I still tried. and running DOES HELP! I am very glad to know that!

today was actually a pretty good day! I actually felt like eating today :) well.. sort of! what is wrong with me? before I used to eat so much… way much but now I am not. I guess I really am listening to my stomach… however that might change this week since it is back to school.. anyways, food today was good, so was my water intake :) 

  • 1/2 cup homemade pasta salad 
  • 3 cups water 
  • chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup rice 
  • 1/3 cup stuffing 
  • 1 cup coffee milk 
  • 3 cups water
  • banana / strawberry smoothie - with frozen yogurt. 

not too bad. I know I can still cut down and I will :) as for exercise it was pretty good too! yesterday took a lot out of me and my knee was acting up but I didn’t let it totally take me out of the day. I just cut down my time. I ran 30 minutes on the treadmill and did stretches, crunches and some yoga! :)
